These custom-made ultra-large seamless extruded equal and reducing tees were manufactured according to tailored drawings and specific technical requirements. All products were produced in compliance with the confirmed ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) under the supervision of the designated TPI (Third Party Inspector). The materials used are SS321H, with sizes DN2100 and DN2250, and thicknesses of 22mm, 26mm, 28mm, and 45mm, respectively. The maximum thickness of the raw material plate reaches 52mm.

For such large-size tees, the branch outlets were seamlessly extruded, meeting the precise technical processing requirements set by the EPC for the Propane Dehydrogenation project. These fittings have been recognized by our clients as exceptional pieces, unique in design, and fully conforming to the stringent technical specifications of the relevant project.
