In May of 2017, a customer from India asked us to provide a batch of pipe fittings, which were made of special materials including ASTM, SA/A403, GR.304/304L, 316/316L, 317L, and 321. The wall thickness in need was 50mm. These pipe fittings were required to be delivered within 3 months since the request at the beginning. It would take at least two months to complete the customized production of these special materials used. With the addition of the time for subsequent pipe fitting production process, it would be impossible to deliver in three months.

To find a proper solution, we communicated with them constantly and was able to know well about their project process. Then we spread the delivery over their whole project progress, which meant we offered the part of pipe fittings for the project stage they were going to reach next. Our production process was conducted exactly according to their project schedule. At the end, we finished the delivery successfully without holding up their project at all.

In addition, considering the material, caliber and wall thickness of these pipe fittings were all customized, we entrusted the third part authentication of our whole production process to an internationally recognized Germany TUV company and asked them to issue the most convincing EN10204 3.2 certificate in the industry. As a result, 100 percent of our pipe fittings passed quality examination after delivery.
